Merry Christmas To All Our Family and Friends ~ Enjoy The Precious Moments of This Christmas Season and The New Year 2014~

A little child, a shining star.
A  stable rude, the door ajar.
Yet in that place, so crude, forlorn,
The Hope of all the world was born

Our year of 2013 has passed by quickly with a few minutes of sadness     and many moments of joy.
Our family is growing up rapidly and it hardly seems possible that a few of our grandsons are now taller than me and a few are taller than Roger. All of our posterity has each had a busy and fulfilling year. We have attended baptisms, priesthood ordinations, sporting events and lots of birthday parties. Our grandchildren and great grandchildren are delightful and we couldn’t feel more blessed.
Roger and I ended our Inner City Mission on November 14, 2013. It has been very hard to leave the families that we have been working with for so long. We have loved trying to assist them. We are back in our home ward and it has been a sweet reunion. We treasure so many friendships from this wonderful ward.
Roger continues to be very busy working. He talks about retiring but I am not sure when. I hope next year. He works at home so that is a big plus. I keep busy with too many projects to complete. In fact, the first of the year I plan on organizing my priorities a bit better.
We have been blessed to continue to work at the Jordan River Temple each week on Saturday Morning. We both love our day at the temple. Roger has continued to be the Coordinator on the Men’s side and I am the Instructor for the women. It has been challenging year because we need more workers.
Life brings many challenges but we have a growing testimony that Heavenly Father hears and answers our prayers. We know that we have a Savior, Jesus Christ whom we celebrate this Christmas Season. We know that He loves us all and is there to walk beside us through our tribulations and our great moments of joy.
We pray that you will all feel the Spirit of this Christmas Season. We wish for you to enjoy the blessings of a Christ-centered life and home. May the New Year of 2014 being many precious moments with your families and friends.
  Love and Hugs!
 Roger and LeAnn
